First Aid Audio Files – download them and possibly save a life
I have found an excellent free resource that could literally be a life saver. This fantastic idea consists of 7 small mp3 files which you can down load to your ipod or mp3 player, which are like mini first aid course. The files are the idea of Para-medic Steve Rutland from Brighton in the U.K., who when out jogging, thought that if someone collapsed in front of him, he would not know exactly what to do. And if he was not exactly sure, then neither would most of the public know what to do. His idea was to put good emergency first aid advice onto audio files, which could be carried on an ipod or similar, and in case of emergency, good advice would be easily available. Since he launched the files there has been hundreds of downloads, and Steve is keen that as many people as possible download them and circulate them among friends. If you would like the files, which are completely free, go to http://www.secamb.nhs.uk/audio-bank/audio-downloads/first-aid-audio-downloads-for-your-mp3-player
