More than likely you have heard of two very well known berries – goji and noni However, what if I told you that there was a berry out there that could protect you from disease, give you energy, lose weight, help to ease your digestive problems, and increase mental concentration? Noni juice, Acai juice and Goji juice are all taken today in the form of nutritional supplements and have acquired the name of ‘Magic Juices’ due to their healing as well as their amazing health-giving properties. As we don’t think that any certain food or supplement will provide the ‘magic’ ticket to excellent health, all of these fruits, Goji, Noni and Acai berries have been known to have a long history of being used in their native lands, even though they have just recently been discovered by people in the West and have been brought to America in a nutritional supplement form. Have you come across in the news or in magazines of a little, round berry that is blackish-purple in color and grows only at the tops of palm trees in the Amazon rain forest of South America? Do you give up? It is called the acai berry, and it carries several surprising health benefits. The taste is scrumptious; it tastes like a blend of chocolate and fruit. Many people just eat these berries plain while others prefer to eat the acai berry added to their favorite granola cereal for breakfast. What about using these berries when making a milkshake? Sounds absolutely delicious!

A lot of people usually suffer from a delayed negative reaction to food, beverages and food additives. Such a side effect is called food intolerance or non-allergic food hypersensitivity and it affects different multiple body organs and other body systems. However, this type of side effect does not directly relate to the immune system.
