There is a condition, a frustrating and embarrassing condition, that effects millions of adults today. Most people don’t like to talk about this, so they quietly hope that it goes away on it’s own. For a few people, this works. Either by luck or by chance, their problem goes away. For everybody else, it keeps getting worse and worse, until a trip to the doctor is mandatory. And many times, the doctor will suggest surgery.

The Western diet has been suggested , which is rich in processed food and lacking in fiber, thus contributing to hemorrhoids.Hemorrhoids are rare in African countries where the diet is rich in roughage and fiber.The population in these countries change their diet to have more processed food, the incidence of hemorrhoids growth.Two factors are linked: eating bad food leads to constipation, which leads to straining on the toilet The new styles of toilets, encourage you to strained. Most people read while sitting on the toilet, adding undue pressure to the anal veins.

More and more people today are suffering from piles, or hemorrhoids. If you get a deep sinking feeling every time you feel a need to use the bathroom, and dread that daily visit, then you know how frustrating and embarrassing having hemorrhoids can be. When most people suffer from this, they do so in silence, too afraid, too embarrassed to ask for help from friends and family.

Hemorrhoids are in fact a highly common health issue, though many people don’t care to disclose that they have them. For instance, if you’re a female and have ever been pregnant, you have probably suffered from hemorrhoids previously, since many pregnant women acquire them at least once during their pregnancies. Other individuals vulnerable to developing them are folks who are seated for prolonged periods of time, have inadequate nutrition, or don’t drink adequate water.

Piles are a very painful problem that happens when the anal canal swells inside, also called anal cushions in some parts of the world.
