Treatment For Piles In Natural Ways

Though there are surgical ways that piles can be taken care of, most people love to avoid that step by using a more natural treatment for piles, or at least ways that they can stay home and rid themselves of piles. A doctor’s visit is not something that most people will consider, unless they have a chronic problem with piles.

Plantains are a food that should be added to what you eat. These are high in fiber, and fiber will help your stool to be softer. Which means that swelling that caused the piles will go away. If you don’t want to eat more food with fiber, try adding in a fiber supplement to your diet. These are available in pills or a drink mix.

Ointments or creams that you can buy to help out are great too. These will work for both external and internal piles. But if you want to try something that could help to sooth the pain and itching and still help the piles go away. Find a topical cream or suppository with Witch hazel in it.

Combining a cream or ointment with a tea herb of Horse chestnut or Butcher’s broom will also help out a lot. These two herbs have been shown to help with the swelling associated with piles. If you don’t really enjoy tea that much you can get these herbs in a pill too.

Sitting in warm water for about 20 minutes will help with the pain of piles. It’s also a great way to make sure that area is kept nice and clean.

In closing, you can combine these ideas together and ideally the piles will diminish that much quicker. Keep in mind that these suggestions assist with an overall treatment for piles and they will go away eventually. Especially, try to keep the fiber in your diet to hopefully avoid them again.
